Our Speaker: Anthony Citrolo

Specializing in the sale of Family-Owned businesses and privately held companies, I advise business owners that are ready to monetize their most valuable intangible and illiquid asset – their family-owned business or privately-held company.

For internal sales (management buyouts) I work with the team so that the owner can successfully transition the business to the next generation of owners.

For external sales my team prepares the business to go to market with an in depth financial and business evaluation and analysis. The goal is to maximize value, minimize taxes and have the owner exit on their own terms.

I have 40 years of experience as an entrepreneur and a CPA. As a CEPA(Certified Exit Planning Advisor), I help owners harvest the value from their business with a succinct Exit Plan and Strategy to monetize their largest asset, their Family-Owned business. I am a Certified Merger and Acquisition Advisor to business owners and I have a career advising business owners on how to sell their companies for Maximum Value. I believe Leadership is Influence and critical to organization and personal growth. Every day is viewed an exciting new experience, a new challenge, and a new learning opportunity. My goal is to provide valuable information which fosters an atmosphere of growth, leadership and success, both for those business persons as well as all individuals. As a coach, speaker and trainer, I help develop leadership skills, teach effective communication and am a business coach leading to great results.

I am focused on helping business owners who either need to grow their business through a targeted acquisition or need an exit strategy leading to a business sale to either a financial or strategic third party. For those ready to exit, they owner has their largest asset at stake and perhaps the most important decision of their financial life in front of them. I provide guidance and clear cut recommendations to helping them maximize their value of the family business. When assistance is needed in growing the family business, I provide counsel through our “Pathway to Growth” Program which helps expand the business, profitability and appeal of the company.
